.@arikjones it’s happening on PHOTOSHOP CS3 on Mac although I’m thinking the resulting effect some people think is proper. it’s not.
there’s a glitch in PhotoShop: layer effect > stroke > inside > opacity 0 : It’s still visible. #adobe #photoshop #error
